Cancellation Policy:
In order to reserve a smoker or grill, a rental agreement must be submitted along with payment. This agreement will be provided via email. We don't allow cancellations/refunds, however a reservation may be changed up to 7 days before the rental date / time. The reservation change is subject to grill or smoker availability and must be made prior to the end of the calendar year.
Delivery Policy:
The grills and smokers are delivered to the locations within the rental agreements in clean and working condition. The grills or smokers are not to be transported to another location by the customer once delivered, unless specified in the rental agreement.
